Flysky Nobel NB4 Rear steer mod

This is for a service and the parts needed to do the service.

Relocates the top vr1 steering knob to a thumb wheel that feels 100x more ergonomic. 

this includes the relocation service and a knob with built in stops with return shipping. 

Knob colors and designs will come at a later date.
